I was introduced to yoga 18 years ago and knew from the start that it was going to be a part of my life. It touched my heart and soul, taught me how to breathe through the difficult times that life can throw. I knew that I had to share my love of yoga with the community and world.
I completed my 200 hour training in 2012. I have furthered my training in Restorative, Meditation, Pranayama, and Kundalini.
My goal has always been to make the practice of yoga accessible to every BODY and everybody.
